…in “The Beginnin’ “…

Over the last several years many of You/ my FRIENDS have suggested that “You should write a book!”. While I don’t think I’m ready to attempt that as of yet I thought (with a little coaxin’ from my Bride) that I would start with a Blog and see how that works out for me. So I’ll ask in advance that you bare with me and let’s just see how this works. I might keep you interested with my muses or I might just as easy send you runnin’ for the hills to put as much distance between us as you can. Either way in “The Beginnin’ ” here we go.“Hold’em Hook”!….BG>

  1. I’m caught up now after reading your first blog page. You are on to something special, Billy—if not for the world than at the very least for your precious grandchildren, family, and friends to enjoy. I never fished, but I can picture you as a 6-year-old, learning to get it right for the men in your life who guided you. Your grandchildren will know who you are and will learn about their great-grand-daddy and great-uncle through your voice. What a pleasant legacy you are writing! I look forward to more in the days ahead.
I did share with you that Paul Elias, former BassMaster Champion, is my first cousin—didn’t I. I know his love for fishing turned into a career. He’s a wonderful person—inside and out. Would love for him to read these too. Ok if I share your blog address with him??
